The iServe Discipleship Development program at Church of God of Prophecy is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth and leadership potential of both youth and adults. Our mission is to rise up new generational leaders within our NextGen Youth ministry and engage adults who seek to contribute more to our region. By leveraging the talents and dedication of individuals, we will create a mentorship development program that empowers them to serve in various roles within our churches and support our current congregations and our 2030 Multiply campaign.

 

Through intentional discipleship, we aim to fulfill this mission by equipping individuals not only for pastoral roles but for various aspects of ministry, including worship, outreach, administration, community service and more. We recognize the importance of support and will establish a regional office resource support team to assist our churches throughout the Ohio-West Virginia region. This initiative will help us fulfill our church planting plan while providing essential support to churches that lack resources.
